Disruption and damage

In the event of an ongoing crime, fire or other acute danger to people or property - call 112

You must report any damage to your home or property to SHIS staff. Sometimes damage can be acute, in which case you must report it immediately. You can also notify SHIS staff if you are disturbed by a neighbor.

How to report emergency damage and disturbances during the day

Tell SHIS staff immediately if you are disturbed or if you notice acute damage in your home or property. An emergency damage is, for example, if water is leaking from a pipe, or if there is a risk of fire.

How to report disturbances and emergency damage in the evening and at weekends

When the daytime staff are not on site and you want to report a disturbance or acute damage, you should call the SHIS security team on 070-771 72 67.

How to make a non-emergency fault report

If you notice that something in your home or in the property is damaged or not working, and it is not an emergency, you should report it to SHIS day staff.

If you have lost your key

If you have lost your key, you should tell SHIS staff. We always change the lock cylinder in your door when you have lost keys. You will have to pay for a new lock cylinder and the work to change it.

If you discover that you have lost your keys when SHIS staff are not there, you will have to wait until the next day to get help with a new key. You must decide where you will sleep during the night.
