If you find it difficult to contact the district administration, you can get help from SHIS budget and debt advisers and consumer advisers. Contact your housing counselor/housing support worker to make an appointment.

You can also contact our counselors yourself by phone or email. Contact details can be found further down the page. You can meet them where you live or at their office. The advice is free of charge and they are bound by professional secrecy.
